I. In accordance with the Keelung City Cultural Affairs Bureau's letter No. 1150201106 dated March 19, 115.

II. To enhance the quality of tourism services and strengthen visitor safety, the Keelung Tower will be closed for facility optimization and glass curtain wall steel structure cleaning from April 1, 115. It is expected to reopen in the 4th quarter of 115. The reopening date will be announced on the Keelung City Cultural Affairs Bureau's official website (https://klctb.klcg.gov.tw/) based on the progress of the project.

III. During the closure period, the Kong Bookstore on the top floor of the Keelung Tower will remain open as usual. Visitors can access it via the passage next to the Main Altar. International and domestic tourists are also welcome to visit nearby attractions such as the Xiner Air Raid Shelter, Keelung Zhongyuan Cultural Hall, Queqiao Bridge, and Zhongzheng Park. The opening hours of nearby attractions are as follows:

(I) Keelung Tower: Open on March 31, 115 (1 day before closure) from 09:00 to 21:00.

(II) 4th Floor Yuanwen Space: Open on March 31, 115 (1 day before closure) from 09:00 to 21:00.

(III) Kong Bookstore: Open from March 31, 115, Tuesdays to Sundays from 09:00 to 21:00.

(IV) Xiner Air Raid Shelter: Open from March 31, 115, Tuesdays to Sundays from 09:00 to 17:00.

(V) Keelung Zhongyuan Cultural Hall: Open from March 31, 115, to December 31, 115, Tuesdays to Sundays from 09:00 to 17:00 (closed on national holidays).
