I. The school will hold the 108th academic year, 2nd semester final school affairs meeting at 4:00 PM on July 13, 109 (Monday). Location: 3rd Floor Conference Room, Renai Building. All school staff are required to attend.
II. The school affairs meeting is an important campus gathering. All faculty and staff are required to attend on time. If unable to attend due to unavoidable reasons, please complete the leave application procedures as required.
III. All faculty and staff (including substitute teachers) are requested to sign in at the designated seating area according to the seating chart and collect meeting materials.
IV. Teachers who also serve as group leaders or administrative assistants are also requested to sign in at their respective subject seating areas and collect relevant materials.
V. During the meeting, please collectively maintain order in the venue (e.g., no shouting, loud conversations, or unnecessary movement) and listen attentively to the speakers to ensure the smooth progress of the meeting.
VI. Colleagues are requested to refer to the seating chart on their own. If there are any proposals, colleagues are requested to download and use them. Thank you for your cooperation! We apologize for any inconvenience caused!
