For your information, please find attached one copy each of the "Meet in Taoyuan, Happiness is Here" unmarried civil servant and public servant matchmaking event implementation plan, itinerary, and registration form for 2019 from the Taoyuan City Government. Unmarried colleagues from our school are welcome to sign up enthusiastically through this office.

Description:

I. To expand the social circles of unmarried civil servants and public servants from various agencies (organizations) and schools in the city, enhance positive interaction and emotional exchange, and ultimately foster good relationships, this matchmaking event is being organized. The event details are summarized as follows:

(I) Event time, location, content, and fees

1. First session: "Ark Love for the Tung Blossom Starry Night Firefly Watching Day Trip": Saturday, April 27, 2019. Enjoy the tung blossom scenery along the Miaoli Four Seasons Snow Trail and experience the starry night fireflies at Green Ark Manor. Fee: NT$1,568.

2. Second session: "Romantic Green Field Summer Love" (limited to under 35 years old): Saturday, May 18, 2019. Enjoy a summer BBQ and challenge the escape room at Wuyang City Original Farm in Taoyuan City. Fee: NT$970.

3. Third session: "Love Song of Happiness Academy" (limited to over 35 years old): Saturday, June 1, 2019. Enjoy the Love Academy and sweet afternoon tea at Taoyuan City Taohuayuan Hotel. Fee: NT$970.

4. Fourth session: "Butterfly Valley Art Micro-Movie Love": Sunday, June 23, 2019. Enjoy an afternoon tea banquet and Butterfly Valley Art DIY at Crystal Banquet Hall in Taoyuan City. Fee: NT$970.

5. Fifth session: "Sweet Baking Culinary Match": Saturday, July 20, 2019. Enjoy a handmade baking DIY at Wei Chuan Cultural Center in Taipei City. Fee: NT$970.

(II) Registration deadline: From now until one week before each session, or until full.

(III) Number of participants: The maximum number of participants for half-day matchmaking events is 30, and for full-day events is 40. The principle is to have an equal number of male and female participants.

(IV) Eligibility:

1. Current unmarried civil servants, public servants, and contract employees of the City Council, Taoyuan City Government agencies (organizations), district offices, and Fuxing District Representative Council (excluding labor dispatch, labor contracting personnel, and alternative service personnel).

2. Current unmarried civil servants, public servants, and contract employees of agencies (organizations) and public (private) schools nationwide (excluding temporary staff, labor dispatch, labor contracting personnel, and alternative service personnel).

3. Unmarried individuals from financial institutions, medical institutions, and well-known enterprises within the technology industrial parks in the city.

II. Participants who are current unmarried civil servants, public servants, and contract employees of the City Council, Taoyuan City Government agencies (organizations), district offices, and Fuxing District Representative Council will receive a subsidy of half the event fee per person. After registration is confirmed, participants must pay the full event fee first. The subsidy will be refunded upon check-in on the day of the event.
