To assist outstanding teachers in advancing towards becoming principals and directors sooner, Ming Chuan University's Graduate Institute of Education, along with the Office of Industry-Academia Cooperation and Extension, jointly planned and launched the Principal and Director Training Program for Taoyuan City Elementary and Junior High Schools.

3. Directors and teachers from all elementary and junior high schools in this city are encouraged to enthusiastically sign up for the training courses. Course credits earned can provide up to 8 bonus points in the principal and director selection examinations, and can be credited for up to 6 credits upon admission to Ming Chuan University's Graduate Institute of Education.

4. Key information for the second phase (this phase) is summarized as follows:

(1) Training Period: From June 5, 108 (2019) to August 28, 108 (2019).

(2) Workshop Schedule: Two sessions on Saturday daytime in June, one evening session, and in July-August, one afternoon session and one evening session every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. (One week off in July and August respectively).

(3) Training Location: Jianguo Elementary School, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City.
