To inform the Ministry of Personnel's interpretation regarding the question of whether public servants can retroactively apply for approval if they hold positions in non-profit organizations or businesses without prior permission from the authorized agency.

轉知銓敘部釋示有關「公務員未經權責機關許可，兼任非以營利為目的之事業或團體(以下簡稱非營利團體)職務，是否得於事後補行申請核准程序等疑義」一案。
說明：
一、依據銓敘部108年5月21日部法一字第10848166142號書函辦理，並附來函影本1份。
二、有關公務員兼職兼課應「事前」向服務機關申請核准，除有事實上之不能者外，事後補行申請恐有違反公務員服務法規定之虞，請同仁避免違失情事發生。
