The Taoyuan City Government is organizing the selection and commendation of outstanding female civil servants for 109 (2020). If any colleagues from our school have recommended candidates, please fill out the form and submit it to the Personnel Office by December 21, 108 (2019).
Details:
1. In accordance with the "Taoyuan City Government's Measures for Commending Outstanding Female Civil Servants."
2. The key points of this selection and recommendation process are as follows:
(1) Eligible candidates: Female civil servants and contract employees of the Taoyuan City Government's subordinate agencies and schools.
(2) Qualification criteria: Must meet one of the achievements specified in Article 3 of the Measures.
(3) Selection principles:
1. Priority will be given to those who have not been selected as model civil servants or outstanding female civil servants by the City Government in the past three years.
2. The number of recommended candidates is limited to 3 per first-level agency (including subordinate agencies or schools) of the Taoyuan City Government. Agencies without subordinate units and district offices are limited to 1.
(4) Disqualifications for selection as an outstanding female civil servant:
1. Within the past three years, has received any criminal punishment, disciplinary action, impeachment, censure, or a demerit or above in regular performance evaluations.
2. Within the past three years, has received an annual performance rating of "B" (乙等) or equivalent or lower.
(5) Recommendation method: Each first-level agency (second-level agencies and schools will be coordinated by the first-level agency) and district office shall submit relevant materials for candidates who meet the commendation criteria to the Taoyuan City Government for review.
3. Those selected as outstanding female civil servants of the City Government will be publicly awarded a medal and a NT$5,000 gift certificate, and will be granted 3 days of official leave.
4. Attached are the "Taoyuan City Government's Measures for Commending Outstanding Female Civil Servants" (1 copy).
