For your information, the Executive Yuan has amended Article 5, Article 6, and Article 8 of the "Key Points for the Executive Yuan's Commendation of Model Civil Servants" and Article 4, Article 5, and Article 6 of the "Regulations for the Review Procedures and Commendation Operations of Model Civil Servants by the Executive Yuan," effective May 1, 2020.
