2. In response to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, to ensure the continuity of civil servant training,
the Institute is holding the aforementioned sharing session, inviting several
experts and scholars with extensive experience in distance learning theory and practice. Through lectures, round-table forums, etc.,
they will share their experiences and knowledge in distance learning, providing concrete strategies and methods for public sector distance
learning. This aims to assist human resource training institutions in planning high-quality online
training courses and to enhance the diversity and effectiveness of training models. Relevant information
is as follows:
(1) Method: Conducted online. Selected participants will be added to the
sharing session LINE group (notification of acceptance will include LINE group and relevant video
conferencing software information) for announcements and communication. Participants are requested to join one of the following times

3. Registration Method: Registration is open from now until May 25. The quota is 115 people, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Interested individuals should go to the Institute's "Training Needs and Learning
Service System," log in with their natural person certificate or personal account and password, and complete the online registration through the "Individual Registration" section in the student's personal portal.

4. To ensure the smooth progress of the online training, please grant participants half a day of official leave. Online assistants will assist participants with check-in, attendance, and other related tasks.
Participants who attend the entire session online will be granted 4 hours of lifelong learning credit for civil servants. Additionally, any participants who are absent or request leave will be notified to their respective agencies in the same manner as for in-person courses.
