Notification regarding the addition of one more childcare institution to the Taoyuan City Government's 2020 Contracted Childcare Services Program for Employees' Children.

Details:
1. To assist colleagues in resolving childcare issues, the City Government has entered into contracts with legally established childcare service institutions in the city through a public-private partnership mechanism. In 2020, contracts were signed with 55 childcare service institutions offering preferential programs. Now, Fangji Kindergarten has been added as a contracted childcare service institution.

2. The Taoyuan City Government's 2020 Contracted Childcare Services Program for Employees' Children is as follows:
(1) Eligible individuals and methods for benefits:
1. Eligible individuals include civil servants, technical staff, workers, drivers, contract employees, and temporary staff of agencies and schools under the Taoyuan City Government.
2. Benefits can be enjoyed by presenting employee cards, identification cards, or proof of employment.
(2) This program only provides preferential information for eligible individuals to refer to and utilize freely. It does not handle any money or receive any financial kickbacks. In case of consumer disputes or litigation, the eligible individual shall handle it in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Act or the Civil Code. The Taoyuan City Government will not intervene in the performance of rights and obligations between the parties and the childcare service institution.
(3) This program is a 2-year term. The cooperation period for newly added childcare institutions starts from the date of this letter and lasts for 2 years until the contract expires. When the cooperation is terminated or the childcare service institution ceases operations, it will be announced on the website of the Personnel Department of the Taoyuan City Government.
(4) Contracted childcare service institutions and preferential measures can be found on the Employee Welfare section of the Taoyuan City Government Personnel Department website.
