The Civil Service Development Institute of the Executive Yuan's Ministry of Personnel (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) is offering a "MOOCs Course Training Class on the Basics of Government Digital Transformation." All colleagues are welcome to sign up.

Details:
1. In accordance with the Institute's letter dated August 30, 110 (2021), Ref: Ren Fa Shu Zi No. 1100800239, and with one copy of the original letter (including attachments) attached.

2. To enhance the understanding and application of digital transformation-related issues among colleagues in government agencies, the Institute has collaborated with the ewant Open Education Platform of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University to offer the aforementioned training class. Relevant information is as follows:
(1) Target Audience: Civil servants from central and local government agencies under the Executive Yuan, and anyone interested in this course is welcome to register freely.
(2) Course Period: From September 27, 110 (2021) to December 10, 110 (2021). Trainees should arrange their own time to complete the online course content according to the course progress.
(3) Course Hours Allocation and Completion Requirements:
1. Trainees must complete regular assignments according to the course schedule (accounting for 100% of the total score).
2. Those who achieve a total score of 60 points or more will be awarded 12 hours of certification.
(4) Implementation Method:
1. Interested individuals should complete the registration process as per section three. After approval by the Institute, an admission notification will be sent in early September.
2. Trainees should follow the instructions in the admission notification to register for courses on the ewant Open Education Platform (https://www.ewant.org/).
3. During the course period, trainees should study according to the course requirements on the ewant Open Education Platform, including readings, quizzes, and discussions.
4. Upon successful completion of the course requirements and evaluation by the course instructors, trainees will be granted lifelong learning hours for civil servants.
5. No completion certificate is provided for this course. If a certificate is required, trainees who pass may apply for one at their own expense by following the procedures set by the ewant Open Education Platform.
6. During the course period, if necessary for learning, it is recommended that the trainee's service agency grant up to 12 hours of official leave.

3. Registration Method: From now until September 10, 110 (2021), trainees should log in to the Institute's "Training Needs and Learning Services System" using their national identification card or personal account credentials, and complete the online registration through the "Individual Registration" section in their personal portal.
