In accordance with the "Guidelines for Pandemic Prevention and Control for Senior High Schools, Elementary Schools, and Kindergartens in the 2021 Academic Year," parents who need to personally care for students under self-health monitoring may apply for pandemic care leave for one person during the period of self-health monitoring. 轉知配合「高級中等以下學校及幼兒園110學年度因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎防疫管理指引」，家長如有親自照顧自主健康管理學童之需求者，於自主健康管理期間，其中一人得申請防疫照顧假，詳如說明。
說明：
一、依據教育部110年10月13日臺教授國字第1100129052號函辦理。
二、家長如有親自照顧經衛生主管機關或檢疫人員開立加強自主健康管理或自主健康管理通知書之「12歲以下(意即未滿13歲)之學童」或「國民中學、高級中等學校、五專一、二、三年級持有身心障礙證明子女」需求者，於自主健康管理期間，其中一人得申請「防疫照顧假」。前述家長，包括父母、養父母、監護人或其他日常實際照顧兒童之人。
