The Civil Service Development Institute of the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan (hereinafter referred to as the "Institute") will hold the "2021 Civil Service System Reform and Development - New Thinking in Civil Service Human Resource Development" International Academic Conference on November 5, 2021 (Friday). All colleagues are welcome to register and participate.

Details:
1. In accordance with the Institute's official letter No. renfa-zongzi-1100002320 dated October 21, 2021, and with one copy of the original letter (including attachments) attached.

2. To strengthen academic exchange and cooperation, grasp the pulse of civil service human resource development, and promote the effectiveness of in-service training for civil servants, the Institute is organizing the aforementioned conference in conjunction with the "2021 Taiwan Association for Public Administration and Public Affairs (TASPAA) Annual Conference and International Academic Conference." The relevant information is as follows:
(1) Target Audience: Civil servants from central and local government agencies under the Executive Yuan who are involved in related work or are interested in this topic.
(2) Time: November 5, 2021 (Friday), from 8:50 AM to 3:00 PM.
(3) Format: The conference will be held in a hybrid format, with both physical and online participation. Except for the host, speakers, and discussants who will be present in person, other participants will join remotely via video conferencing. If the epidemic alert level is raised to Level 3, the entire conference will be switched to an online format.

3. Registration Method: Participants are requested to register by Tuesday, November 2, 2021, by visiting the Institute's official website (https://www.hrd.gov.tw/). On the homepage, click on "Student/Training Needs and Learning Services/Student (Civil Servant)", log in to the system, then click on "Student Personal Zone/Student Personal Registration". Find the "'2021 Civil Service System Reform and Development - New Thinking in Civil Service Human Resource Development' International Academic Conference", click "Register Now", confirm personal information and other options, and then click "Save" to complete the online registration process.

4. Please grant participants official leave for attendance. The Institute will award 6 hours of lifelong learning credit to those who participate in the entire event.
