The Chinese Professional Talent Association is organizing the "Essential Skills Training Program for Business Operations" in February and March to assist HR, Finance, and Legal departments in handling the operational tasks of "Personnel Management, Performance Appraisal, Financial Taxation, and Contract Review" for the year 111 of the Republic of China. Personnel from HR, Finance, and Legal departments are welcome to attend.

1. The "Essential Skills Training Program for Business Operations for the Year 111 of the Republic of China" includes:
1. February 18: "Occupational Accident Liability, Wage Compensation, and Dispute Resolution for Businesses, Employers, and HR"
2. March 17: "Mandatory Course for Personnel Management and Supervisors - Performance Appraisal, Rewards and Punishments, Job Transfer and Dismissal"
3. March 25: "Lawyer-Led Contract Reading and Rights for Signing and Reviewing Commercial Contracts"
4. March 25: "2022 Accountant's Analysis - Tax News, Cross-border E-commerce, Online Sales, and Business Tax"
2. All participants, including trainees, lecturers, and staff, must comply with the epidemic prevention guidelines announced by the "Central Epidemic Command Center" and the "Ministry of Education," and strictly implement relevant epidemic prevention and vaccination measures.

4. Trainees who complete the entire program can register for "Civil Servant Learning Hours" points in accordance with the regulations of the "Executive Yuan Personnel Administration".
