Details:
1. The Taoyuan City Teachers Association has implemented the "Teacher Professional Development Support System Overall Plan" in accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. Tai Shi (San) Zi No. 1080132021C dated September 19, 2019. The fifth-3 phase will continue in the 111 academic year.

2. The goal of this plan is to enhance teachers' professional growth and learning, encourage teachers to showcase their professional capabilities, and build a collaborative professional growth model among teachers. This aims to encourage schools to form "base classes" where teachers receive professional support from "advisory teachers," transforming into an internal and external vision and practice for professional growth.

3. The common lesson preparation, lesson observation, and lesson discussion models implemented by the base classes in this plan are recommended to be integrated into your school's curriculum development as part of teacher professional growth, in order to build diverse models for teachers' autonomous professional development.

4. Interested members of the Taoyuan City Teachers Association are requested to return the attached plan via email to teachertaoyuangroup@gmail.com by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, April 12, 2022. Please also call 03-435-1688 to confirm, to facilitate the subsequent selection process for advisory teachers and base classes in the fifth-3 phase.

5. The number of base classes and advisory teachers is limited. Priority will be given to base classes that participated in the fifth phase. Remaining slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis for those who submit a concrete plan. The program will close once all slots are filled.
