For your information, regarding the recruitment of invigilators for the 2022 Senior High School and Kindergarten Teacher Qualification Examination, interested parties are invited to register themselves.

Details:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. Tai-Shih-Zi-1112602064, dated May 10, 2022.

2. In accordance with the "Principles for the Establishment of Examination Centers for the Senior High School and Kindergarten Teacher Qualification Examination (hereinafter referred to as the Examination)": "The selection of invigilators for this examination shall be based on the principle of appointing civil servants from public agencies, faculty and staff of all levels of schools, or retired public servants in the examination area." This examination also includes special examination rooms for epidemic prevention and isolation. Individuals with a nursing background are welcome to participate.

3. Examination Date: Saturday, June 4, 2022, for one day.

4. Examination Locations and Sessions: As per Attachment 1.

5. Epidemic Prevention Measures:
(1) It is generally required to have completed 3 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine and have passed 14 days (based on the examination date of June 4, with vaccination completed by May 21 (inclusive) at the latest). For those who have only completed 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine and passed 14 days (based on the examination date of June 4, with vaccination completed by May 21 (inclusive) at the latest), a negative test result (including home rapid test) or PCR nucleic acid test result within 48 hours prior to the examination must be provided.
(2) All invigilators are requested to cooperate by wearing masks, having their temperature taken, and completing and submitting the "Health Care Questionnaire" upon entering the examination venue.

6. Lunch will be provided on the day of the examination and will be purchased collectively by the examination center of each school.

7. Those interested in serving as invigilators for this examination, please first confirm that you have no other important commitments on the examination day, then directly contact the organizing school of the examination (branch) center (address and contact information as per Attachment 2). Please be sure to be present on the day to serve as an invigilator and attend relevant briefing sessions.
