To inform about the supplementary regulations for public servants (including contract employees) of various government agencies and schools in Taoyuan City, other than compensatory leave for overtime.

Explanation:
1. In accordance with the Executive Yuan's letter No. 1123024309, dated February 6, 112 (Republic of China calendar), a copy of the original letter is attached.

2. To facilitate attendance management and increase the flexibility of using compensatory leave, for the aforementioned personnel, other types of compensatory leave (such as when attending military service call-up on a weekend or national holiday; participating in election work on a public official election day; personnel dispatched on official business by agencies, for whom compensatory leave is granted for necessary travel time to perform duties, etc.), the supplementary regulations are as follows, provided the relevant facts occurred on or after January 1, 112. For facts that occurred before December 31, 111, the original regulations still apply:
(1) The period for other types of compensatory leave shall be completed within 2 years, calculated in "hours." If not fully utilized within the compensatory leave period, it cannot be extended.
(2) If transferred personnel have continuous service, their other types of compensatory leave may be carried over to the new agency and continued to be taken within the original deadline. Furthermore, other types of compensatory leave within
