Please be informed that the "Regulations on Overtime Pay for Government Agencies" and related official letters will cease to apply as of February 9, 2023.
Explanation:
1. In accordance with the Executive Yuan's letter No. 11240001801 dated February 9, 2023, and the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration's letter No. 11240001802 dated February 9, 2023, with one copy of the original letters and attachments enclosed.
2. In conjunction with the "Regulations on Overtime Pay for Government Agencies" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") promulgated by the Executive Yuan on December 21, 2022, and effective from January 1, 2023, matters related to overtime pay shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations as of January 1, 2023.
3. The matters stipulated in the Executive Yuan's letter No. 00049 dated January 4, 1989, the letter No. 05212 dated April 20, 1995, the letter No. 0910035251 dated November 15, 2002, and all previous official letters from the former Directorate-General of Personnel Administration and the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration that are inconsistent with the Regulations shall cease to apply as of February 9, 2023.
