Details:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter dated February 16, 112, No. TAI-SHI-(3)-1122600448.

2. In accordance with the "Key Points for the Selection and Commendation of the Dedication to Education Award" (hereinafter referred to as "these Key Points"), the selection and commendation targets are principals, teachers, and military training instructors who have retired or resigned from public or private schools and are not currently in service. Nominees should have concrete achievements in volunteer work related to education or student counseling. Recommendations should be submitted by each agency, school, or legally established private organization or foundation to the local municipal or county/city government. Those who have received awards under these Key Points or other relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education within the last three years will not be considered for recommendation or award.

3. Notes for filling in the nominee's information are as follows:
(1) Written materials:
1. Please fill in all fields of the recommendation form accurately and completely. Please pay close attention to the character limit (including spaces, punctuation, and English letters). Information exceeding the specified limit cannot be uploaded.
2. Supporting materials for concrete achievements should be printed on A4 paper and fastened with a butterfly clip. Do not bind them.
(2) CD-ROM materials:
1. Word file of the recommendation form.
2. For supporting materials of concrete achievements, please select key points and scan them into PDF files. Each nominee can upload 10 files (single file size limit is 10MB, total file size limit is 40MB). Please briefly describe the content of the data in the file name.
