For your information regarding the registration for the "2023 World Hakka Expo" volunteer and service personnel training courses.

Details:
1. The 2023 World Hakka Expo (hereinafter referred to as the Expo) will be held in Taoyuan. To ensure that volunteers, service personnel for each exhibition area, and affiliated colleagues participating in the Expo's services fully understand the Expo's curatorial concept, volunteer roles, exhibition area introductions, and transportation routes, and can successfully complete their service tasks, allowing all guests to fully experience this grand event. Therefore, this training will be held from June 5, 112 to July 31 of the same year. The training course will last 3 hours, with an estimated 43 sessions. Please register using the relevant system according to your status, as follows:
(1) Expo Volunteer Recruitment Platform:

2. Eligible participants: Those who have registered or plan to serve as Expo volunteers through the Expo Volunteer Recruitment Platform.
3. Registration method: Log in to the platform / "Announcements" / "Education and Training" and select a nearby session to register.
4. Upon completion of the training, participants will receive 3 hours of "Special Training" as indicated in the Expo Volunteer Recruitment Brochure.
(2) BeClass Online Registration Form:

2. Eligible participants: Those who are not serving as Expo volunteers through the Expo Volunteer Recruitment Platform, including: service personnel for each exhibition area, and colleagues from various government agencies, schools, and enterprises affiliated with the Taoyuan City Government.
3. Registration method: Fill in the registration information at the bottom of the website and click submit.
4. Upon completion of the training, colleagues from the Taoyuan City Government will receive 3 hours of lifelong learning credits for civil servants. Please approve official leave for participation. If attending evening or weekend sessions, no compensatory leave will be granted.
(3) Registration is currently open for the first 11 sessions. Other sessions will be opened successively.
