2. To implement the New Southbound Policy, the Ministry of Education encourages outstanding and qualified teachers from Taiwan to teach in schools in New Southbound friendly countries, assisting Chinese language schools in these countries by providing teachers for primary and secondary schools and kindergartens. This program is organized for this purpose.
