To inform you about the introductory and practical application of workplace law bachelor's credit class jointly organized by National Chengchi University in the Taoyuan area and the Taoyuan City Government.

To inform you about the "Introduction to Workplace Law and Practical Applications" bachelor's credit class jointly organized by National Chengchi University and the Taoyuan City Government in the Taoyuan area.

Details:
1. In accordance with the official letter from National Chengchi University (hereinafter referred to as NCCU) dated December 9, 113 (2024), document number 1130041870, and including one copy of the original letter (with attachments).

2. NCCU, in order to enhance the legal literacy and practical application skills of public officials, corporate executives, and local workers in the Taoyuan area, is jointly organizing this bachelor's credit class with the Taoyuan City Government. By analyzing and discussing social issues, the course aims to improve participants' legal knowledge and skills through in-depth yet accessible content, as follows:
(1) Faculty: Professional faculty from NCCU's College of Law.
(2) Schedule: February 15, February 22, March 8, March 22, April 12, April 26, 114 (2025). Classes will be held on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM, for a total of 6 days (36 hours).
(3) Content: Six topics including Civil Law, Criminal Law, Intellectual Property Law, Labor Law, Company Law, and Government Procurement Law.
(4) Location: Conference Room 711, 7th Floor, Taoyuan Public Library Main Branch.
(5) Course Fee: NT$8,000 per person. Upon completion, participants will receive 2 credits.
(6) Estimated Enrollment: 50 to 100 people. The class will not be offered if fewer than 30 people enroll.
