To inform you about the Mainland Affairs Council's (MAC) request to publicize that active military, civil servants, and public school teachers and staff are prohibited from establishing household registration in mainland China, obtaining a Chinese passport, or applying for a mainland Chinese ID card, settlement permit, or residence permit.
Explanation: In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter dated February 19, 2025, Ref. No. Tai-Jiao-Ren (II) Zi-Di-1144200522A, and the MAC's letter dated February 11, 2025, Ref. No. Lu-Fa-Zi-1140400131.
