Explanation:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. T.T.S. (4) No. 1142600526C dated March 13, 114, and the "Principles for Seconding Teachers from Public Senior High Schools and Kindergartens to the Ministry of Education and its Affiliated Agencies (hereinafter referred to as the Secondment Principles)".

2. The Ministry of Education plans to second 2 outstanding teachers from public schools to the Ministry of Education for administrative work related to arts education in the academic year 114. The qualifications and job descriptions are as follows:
(1) Teacher Qualifications:
1. Full-time teachers with formal qualifications from public senior high schools and below (excluding teachers from remote, outlying islands, indigenous areas, and small schools, where small schools are defined as schools with a total of 12 classes or fewer).
2. Must have at least 3 years of teaching experience, possess relevant educational administration knowledge, professional and practical experience in education. Priority will be given to those with educational administration experience and those who have participated in or organized arts education-related work.
3. Must have enthusiasm for teaching and administrative work, and be conscientious and responsible.
4. Must be proficient in operating Microsoft Office software.
5. Must not have received any criminal, disciplinary, or administrative penalties.
(2) The secondment period is from August 1, 114, to July 31, 115. Performance may lead to contract renewal. The maximum period is 2 years. If there is a need to extend the secondment period, each extension shall not exceed 1 year, and the total secondment period shall not exceed 8 years.

(5) Responsibilities:
1. National Student Music Competition and promotion.
2. National Student Folk Song Competition and promotion.
3. Coordination and co-organization of music synergy projects.
4. Promotion of the Ministry of Education's Instrument Bank.
5. Supervision of the Experimental Chorus.
6. Featured Folk Song Creation Competition and promotion.
7. Implementation of the "Cultivating Seedlings of Arts and Aesthetics for Rural Students" program.
8. New Immigrant Dance Competition and promotion.
9. Matters related to the compilation of professional arts universities.
10. Planning and promotion of the "Aesthetic Literacy in Interdisciplinary Curriculum" project.
11. Planning and promotion of the "Development of Interdisciplinary Aesthetic Literacy Curriculum" project.
12. "Rooting Arts and Aesthetics Education in Kindergartens" program.
13. Research project on aesthetic education conducted by experimental elementary schools affiliated with teacher training universities.
14. Planning and promotion of the curriculum subgroup meetings for the Arts Education Promotion Association.
15. Review and approval of curriculum plans for arts talent classes in senior high schools.
