1. In accordance with the Hsinchu County Government Education Bureau's letter dated April 7, 114 (2025), Jiao Te Zi No. 1141100579.
2. The Hsinchu County Special Education Resource Center, located at Shanshan Elementary School in Xinfeng Township, Hsinchu County (with an attached kindergarten), will add 2 preschool special education teachers in the 114th academic year (2025-2026) in accordance with Article 51, Paragraph 4 of the Special Education Act. These positions will be included in the inter-county transfer vacancies. The specific duties for these vacancies are as follows:
(1) To conduct the identification and assessment operations for students and young children with special education needs as stipulated in Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Special Education Act.
(2) To conduct training and retraining for personnel involved in identification and assessment.
(3) To carry out duties related to the Special Education Resource Center as stipulated in Article 51, Paragraph 1 of the Special Education Act.
(4) To integrate resources related to education for individuals with disabilities, providing identification, consultation, guidance, and services for special education, with a primary focus on identification and assessment operations.

3. Teachers of preschool special education who wish to apply for the '114 (2025) Inter-county Transfer for Public Elementary, Junior High Schools, and Kindergartens' to the attached kindergarten of the aforementioned school are advised to carefully consider their applications.
