Details:
I. The Taoyuan City Government is organizing this event to promote the physical and mental well-being of colleagues, encourage a spirit of sportsmanship, and foster teamwork.

II. The details of this championship are as follows:
(I) Competition Date: Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
(II) Competition Venue: Activity Center, Xinming Elementary School, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City (No. 97, Section 2, Central West Road, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City) (Please enter from the Mingde Road side).
(III) Team Formation and Eligibility:
1. Civil Servants Group:
(1) Teams will be formed by each first-level agency (including affiliated units) of the Taoyuan City Government, district offices (including the representative council for Fuxing District), public institutions, the Taoyuan City Government Retired Personnel Association, the City Council, and the City Audit Office. Each may form 1 to 2 male and female teams respectively. The Indigenous Peoples Commission, Department of Legal Affairs, Hakka Affairs Bureau, Youth Affairs Department, and Women and Children Development Administration may form joint teams or combine with the General Affairs Department, Department of Information, Secretariat, Department of Personnel, Department of Budget, Accounting and Statistics, and Department of Government Ethics to form a city government combined team.
(2) Participating athletes are limited to currently employed personnel within the establishment, technicians, workers, drivers, cleaning staff, survey assistants, resident police officers, contract employees, acting personnel, and monthly contracted personnel. Substitute service personnel are excluded. Retired personnel are limited to retired civil servants and teachers from agencies (schools) affiliated with the Taoyuan City Government.
2. Teachers and Staff Group:
(1) Teams will be divided by administrative district, with each district office forming 1 male and 1 female team.
(2) Participating athletes are limited to currently employed teachers and staff within the establishment and contract personnel of municipal schools at all levels within each district. Substitute service personnel, substitute teachers, and intern teachers are excluded.
(3) Full-time staff of municipal schools at all levels may choose to participate in either the Civil Servants Group or the Teachers and Staff Group, but may not participate in both. Additionally, teachers and staff of municipal kindergartens will be included in the Department of Education and participate in the Civil Servants Group.

III. Online registration will be used for this championship. Agencies (organizations) and groups wishing to participate should register directly on the registration website (URL: https://reurl.cc/gR8K0N) per team. If you need to change registration information, please re-register on the website before the registration deadline: Friday, June 20, 2025, at 12:00 PM.

IV. The work meeting and team leader meeting for this championship will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM in Conference Room 1301 on the 13th floor of the Taoyuan City Government. A computer draw for the teams in each group will be conducted at the meeting. Participating agencies (organizations) and groups are requested to send representatives.

V. The expenses for participating teams in the Civil Servants Group will be borne by each agency. For the Teachers and Staff Group, the expenses will be covered by each district office from the budget for "District-level Universal Sports Games."
