說明：
一、依桃園市政府人事處案陳銓敘部114年5月22日部退四字第11458260821號函辦理，並附原函及其附件影本各1份。
二、上開修正條文除第3條施行日期由考試院會同行政院以命令定之外，其餘修正條文均自114年5月17日施行。
