To inform you about the results of the 10th Taoyuan City Civil Service and Teaching Staff Table Tennis Championship and the awards for outstanding participating teams and personnel.

Explanation:
I. The aforementioned competition was successfully concluded on July 12, 2025 (Saturday) at the Activity Center of Xinming Elementary School in Zhongli District, Taoyuan City. A total of 100 teams participated, with approximately 1,200 individuals. As in previous years, this year's event was divided into 8 groups: Civil Service Men's A, B, and C groups, Civil Service Women's A, B, and C groups, and Teaching Staff Men's and Women's groups. A copy of the competition results for each group is attached.

II. According to the implementation plan of the 10th Taoyuan City Civil Service and Teaching Staff Table Tennis Championship, the principles for awarding outstanding participating teams are as follows:
(I) For the 1st place teams in each Civil Service group, the captain and each team member shall be awarded a commendation once. Additionally, the team's leader, coach, manager, and personnel who actually participated in team training and management shall be selected, with two individuals each receiving a commendation once.
(II) For the 1st place team in the Teaching Staff group, the captain and each team member shall be awarded a commendation once. For the 2nd and 3rd place teams, the captain and team members shall each receive a certificate of commendation. Additionally, among the leaders, coaches, managers, and personnel who actually participated in team training and management, two individuals shall be selected to receive awards or certificates of commendation according to the aforementioned ranking awards.

III. Furthermore, in accordance with Article 4 of the "Taoyuan City Government and its Affiliated Agencies and Schools Civil Service Disciplinary Cases Handling Guidelines," routine disciplinary cases are authorized to be approved and issued by subordinate agencies. Among these, disciplinary cases for commendations below the level of a merit award within second-level agencies may be authorized by their supervising first-level agencies. Awards for personnel in the General Affairs Department, heads of first-level agencies, and district chiefs of district offices should be reported to the City Government for approval. In accordance with Article 4 of the "Taoyuan City Municipal Schools and Kindergartens Teaching Staff Disciplinary Guidelines," disciplinary cases for commendations below the level of two merits for school teaching staff are authorized to be handled by the schools themselves. Award cases for principals should be reported to the Department of Education for approval.

IV. Regarding the awards for outstanding participating teams and personnel in this year's competition, for Taoyuan City Government civil servants, please have the responsible authorities process the awards (recommended) according to the aforementioned award standards and regulations. For school teaching staff, please have the district offices that organized the teams compile a list of award recipients and submit it to their respective service schools or the Department of Education for award processing or issuance of certificates of commendation.
