Details:
1. In accordance with the letter from the Insurance Institute of Taiwan (hereinafter referred to as IIT) dated August 13, 114 (2025), ref. No. IIT-C1140600602, as forwarded by the Department of Finance, Taoyuan City Government.

2. To establish correct concepts of financial rights and insurance planning among the general public in our city, and to cultivate the habit of lifelong learning of financial knowledge, the Taoyuan City Government and the IIT are jointly organizing the aforementioned event. The event is scheduled to be held on September 2, 114 (2025) (Tuesday) from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (registration begins at 1:30 PM) at the Public Service Human Resources Training Center, Taoyuan City Government (Address: 13th Floor, No. 1, County Hall Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City). This event is a free public service activity, and the content includes "Insurance and Life," "Financial Planning and Financial Well-being," and "Financial Policies, ESG Sustainable Finance, and Gender Equality Promotion" (with lucky draws). One copy of the event plan and poster is attached.

1. Civil servants and school faculty and staff in our city.
2. Staff of grassroots financial institutions.
3. University and college students in our city.
4. General public in our city.
(2) Registration for this event will open on August 20, 114 (2025) (Wednesday). Please visit the event webpage (https://if.tabf.org.tw/lectureDetail?Id=1066) and click to register for the desired event session (Taoyuan City). The venue has a seating capacity of 130 people. Please register early to avoid disappointment. Those who register in advance and attend on time will receive a NT$100 convenience store gift certificate.
(3) Civil servants and faculty who participate in this event for the entire duration can earn 2 hours of lifelong learning credits. The certification of these hours will be handled by the Financial Research Institute.
(4) Eating and drinking are prohibited in the Public Service Human Resources Training Center on the 13th floor of the Taoyuan City Government. Please cooperate by not bringing food or beverages into the venue. In addition, to support the Ministry of Environment's policy on reducing paper cup usage, please bring your own reusable cup if you need water during the event.
