School staff members who are interested in serving as invigilators for the 114th Special Examination for Local Government Civil Servants and the 115th Civil Service Examination for Junior Officials in the Taoyuan examination area are requested to obtain their unit supervisor's approval and submit the application form (as attached) to the Personnel Office by October 21, 114.

Notes:
I. The dates and examination areas for the above two examinations are as follows:
(I) Special Examination for Local Government Civil Servants (hereinafter referred to as the Local Examination): The Level 3 examination is scheduled for December 6-8, 114 (3 days), and the Level 4 examination is scheduled for December 6-7, 114 (2 days). The examination areas will be Zhongli Commercial Vocational High School and Yongfeng Senior High School in this city.
(II) Civil Service Examination for Junior Officials: Scheduled for January 10, 115 (1 day). The examination area is tentatively set as Taoyuan Senior High School in this city.

II. Please fill out the invigilator recommendation form in the prescribed format in accordance with the "Key Points for the Selection and Appointment of Invigilators." Relevant matters are as follows:
When filling out the form, you must select the examination area and the examination level you wish to participate in. After being selected and appointed by the Taoyuan City Government, you must participate in all examination-related work. (Invigilators appointed for the Level 3 Local Examination must attend from December 6-8, 114; invigilators for the Level 4 Examination must attend from December 6-7, 114; invigilators for the Junior Officials Examination must attend on January 10, 115).

III. Personnel recommended by various agencies and schools will still be subject to review by the Taoyuan City Government in accordance with the "Key Points for the Selection and Appointment of Invigilators." Those who meet the selection criteria will be notified of their appointment in a separate letter. If the number of available slots is insufficient, priority will be given to those who hold an invigilator identification card for national examinations or have prior experience as invigilators in national examinations. Furthermore, staff appointed to participate in examination-related work will be granted official leave during the invigilation period and will be paid an invigilation fee on a daily basis. No make-up leave will be granted.
