For your information, the Executive Yuan has amended Article 3 and Article 4 of the "Notes for Personnel of the Executive Yuan and its Affiliated Agencies (Organizations) Traveling to Hong Kong or Macao," and has established the "Principles for Recommended Disciplinary Actions for Public Servants of the Executive Yuan and its Affiliated Central and Local Agencies (Organizations) and Schools Traveling to Mainland China in Violation of Laws (Regulations), etc." Please ensure that all administrative personnel of our school comply with these regulations before traveling to mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macao.

For your information, the Executive Yuan has amended Article 3 and Article 4 of the "Guidelines for Personnel of the Executive Yuan and its subordinate agencies (organizations) traveling to Hong Kong or Macau," and has established the "Principles for Recommended Disciplinary Actions for Civil Servants of the Executive Yuan and its subordinate central and local government agencies (organizations) and schools who illegally (or irregularly) travel to mainland China," and other related regulations. All administrative personnel of this school are required to comply with these regulations before traveling to mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau.

Explanation:
1. In accordance with the letter of the Executive Yuan dated September 22, 114 (Year of the Monkey), No. 1140002559, the letter of the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration (hereinafter referred to as DGPA) dated September 18, 114 (Year of the Monkey), No. 3027027028, and the letter of the Taoyuan City Government dated October 1, 114 (Year of the Monkey), No. 1140275460, copies of the original letters (including attachments and a simplified guide to regulations for civil servants applying to travel to mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau) are attached.

2. Furthermore, the Executive Yuan has established the "Principles for Recommended Disciplinary Actions for Civil Servants of the Executive Yuan and its subordinate central and local government agencies (organizations) and schools who illegally (or irregularly) travel to mainland China (hereinafter referred to as the Principles for Disciplinary Actions for Travel to Mainland China)" and the "Principles for Recommended Disciplinary Actions for Civil Servants of the Executive Yuan and its subordinate agencies (organizations) and schools who irregularly travel to Hong Kong and Macau (hereinafter referred to as the Principles for Disciplinary Actions for Travel to Hong Kong and Macau)," both of which will take effect on July 1, 115 (Year of the Rooster).

3. If any Taoyuan City Government employee violates regulations by traveling to mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau, disciplinary action shall be taken in accordance with the following provisions:
(1) Personnel of agencies and schools should refer to the disciplinary action levels listed in the aforementioned Principles for Disciplinary Actions for Travel to Mainland China and Principles for Disciplinary Actions for Travel to Hong Kong and Macau, and impose disciplinary actions in accordance with the "Key Points for Handling Disciplinary Cases of Civil Servants of Taoyuan City Government and its subordinate agencies and schools" and other relevant regulations.
(2) State-owned enterprises:
1. Principles for Disciplinary Actions for Travel to Mainland China: For those applicable under the "Statute Governing Relations Between the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area" (Note: comparable to personnel at Grade 11 or above), disciplinary actions should be considered with reference to these principles and handled in accordance with the personnel management regulations of each company.
2. Principles for Disciplinary Actions for Travel to Hong Kong and Macau: For those applicable under the "Civil Service Act" (Note: i.e., chairpersons, general managers, directors, supervisors, excluding non-salaried directors and supervisors representing minority shareholders), disciplinary actions should be considered with reference to the disciplinary action levels listed in the aforementioned two principles and handled in accordance with the personnel management regulations of each company.
