| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Central Election Commission (hereinafter referred to as the CEC) dated February 26, 115, No. 1153150033 (as attached hereto as Attachment 1) and the letter from the Taoyuan City Election Commission dated March 3, 115, No. 1150000200. |
| II. | According to the intent of the aforementioned letter from the CEC, staff members participating in the 115 local public office elections will be granted one day of compensatory leave. Regarding the work fees for polling station staff, for elections with 5 ballots, the chief administrator will receive NT$4,100, the chief supervisor NT$3,350, the administrator NT$2,700, the supervisor NT$2,400, and the reserve staff NT$2,000. For elections with 3 ballots, the chief administrator will receive NT$3,700, the chief supervisor NT$3,050, the administrator NT$2,400, the supervisor NT$2,200, and the reserve staff NT$2,000. |
| III. | The aforementioned election voting day is scheduled for November 28, 115 (Saturday). The registration methods for this election are as follows: |
| (I) | Individual Registration: Please complete the "Individual Registration Data Card" (as attached hereto as Attachment 2) (ensure complete filling of personal basic information, neighborhood information, and the full name of your current agency, and obtain signatures from the personnel unit and the head of the agency) and submit it to this office by mail or email. |
| (II) | Agency/Group Registration: Each polling station will be assigned 1 chief administrator and 1 chief supervisor who are civil servants, and 8 administrators (among whom 3 administrators must be current civil servants; including contract employees, appointed personnel, substitute teachers, workers, and technicians). |
