To inform that New Taipei City has announced regulations on the "115th Public Elementary and Junior High School and Kindergarten Teacher Transfer to Other Cities Service Website," please be advised.

| I. | In accordance with the letter from the New Taipei City Government Education Bureau dated March 11, 115, No. 1150419649. |
| II. | The city's elementary schools with 50 or fewer students implement mixed-age teaching, holding workshops and related training sessions each semester to enhance mixed-age teaching knowledge and skills. |
| III. | The experimental education schools in the city include Zhongshan Experimental Elementary School, Hou Tong Montessori Experimental Elementary School, Delan Nan Ethnic Experimental Elementary School, Lao Mei Experimental Elementary School, Chajiao Forest Experimental Elementary School, Shimen Experimental Junior High School, and Gongliao Experimental Junior High School. Teachers wishing to transfer must thoroughly understand the experimental education philosophy of each school and must align with the spirit of the aforementioned school's educational philosophy. |
| IV. | The city's Pinglin Experimental Junior High School is currently planning to entrust private entities to manage its experimental education starting from the 115 academic year. Its curriculum arrangements differ from those of general public schools. If a transfer is successful, related duties will be arranged by the school. |
| V. | Unless otherwise stipulated, teachers who are successfully transferred and report to schools (or kindergartens) in the city may not refuse any assigned concurrent duties, such as homeroom teacher, administrative work, or assisting with school (kindergarten) affairs. They must also abide by the rights and obligations stipulated in the school's teacher employment contract. |
| VI. | In the event of the closure, reduction of classes, or reduction of enrollment in public elementary and junior high schools (including attached kindergartens) and municipal kindergartens in the city, teachers must comply with the "Implementation Guidelines for the Counseling and Transfer of Excess Teachers in New Taipei City Government Affiliated Elementary and Junior High Schools and Kindergartens" and relevant regulations for excess teacher transfer and other related matters. |
| VII. | When applying for a transfer as a physical education teacher in the city, attention should be paid to whether the position requires training and leading a specialized sports team, to avoid incompatibility with the school's needs. |
| VIII. | Full-time counselors in the city, due to their specialized student counseling work, are not permitted to apply for transfer to other teaching positions within the school and must comply with the regulations for jointly appointed full-time counselors in the city. |
| IX. | For applications to transfer to special education (disability and gifted categories) in the city, if the service years of the formal teacher in that category are less than 3 years, they will be required to undergo initial counseling for special education in the city upon successful transfer. |
