To inform that Hsinchu City has announced the teacher transfer, appointment years, and related individual appointment regulations on the "115th Public Elementary and Junior High Schools and Kindergartens Teacher Transfer to Other Cities Service Website".

| I. | This is in accordance with the Hsinchu City Government's letter No. 1150055471 dated March 27, 115. |
| II. | The teacher transfer, appointment period, and relevant individual appointment regulations for the said city are as follows: |
| (I) | Hsinchu Waldorf Experimental School: Due to the school's educational philosophy being arranged and planned according to the Waldorf curriculum, which differs from general public schools. In order to implement Waldorf education with an anthroposophical philosophy, teachers need to have a Waldorf-related background. If the appointment is successful, the appointment letter will specify that teachers must participate in Waldorf teacher training and obtain a certificate of completion. If the qualification is not obtained at the time of appointment, it must be completed within five years of the start date of employment, and teachers must accept supervision from senior Waldorf teachers at home and abroad, with the duration to be determined based on the situation. |
| (II) | Hsinchu City East District Keyuan Elementary School: Due to the trend of declining birth rates, the school had 4 graduating classes in the 114th academic year and is expected to have 2 incoming classes in the 115th academic year. Teachers applying for appointment to this school must comply with the "Hsinchu Municipal Elementary and Junior High School Teacher Surplus Handling Precautions" for surplus transfer and other related matters in case of class reduction. |
| (III) | Hsinchu City East District Dongmen Elementary School: The school offers one gifted teacher position for a rotation program, serving as a gifted itinerant counseling class. |
| III. | Please inform the teachers in your school who are applying for the appointment process of the aforementioned Hsinchu City teacher transfer, appointment period, and relevant individual appointment regulations for their reference. |
