Transmitting the Mainland Affairs Council's "Notice of Regulations for Public Servants Traveling to Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau"

| I. | In accordance with the letter from our Administration dated January 21, 115, Ref: 1150012445. |
| II. | The Mainland Affairs Council previously requested relevant agencies to publicize the management regulations for traveling to mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau to educational personnel, public enterprise personnel, judicial officers, and other non-traditional civil servants to protect their rights. To facilitate the dissemination of new measures for the management mechanism of traveling to mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, and important reminders for civil servants traveling to mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, the Council, after consulting with the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan, has prepared the attached notice. |
| III. | As per the instructions in the incoming letter, schools and kindergartens under this Bureau are requested to inform and have personnel subject to Article 2 of the Civil Service Act sign the attached notice and related regulations. For subordinate agencies (home education centers and libraries) subject to the Civil Service Act and not listed in point III of the incoming letter, please strengthen the publicity of the attached notice and related regulations and refer to them for use. |
