The special talent class enrollment selection and admission process is conducted in a categorized and regional manner (as detailed in the category and region overview table), and proceeds in two stages: skill-based tests and distribution operations.
I. Fine Arts classes will be tested in sketching, watercolor, ink wash painting, and calligraphy.4subjects
II. Music classes will be tested in major instrument, minor instrument, sight-singing, dictation, music theory, and basic chorus.

III. Dance classes will be tested in ballet, modern dance, Chinese dance, improvisation, and choreography.4subjects IV. Drama classes will be tested in oral expression, specialized performance, and creative thinking.3subjects.
The distribution operation is based on the scores of the skill-based tests and student preferences. Each school may also use the results of the junior high school academic ability assessment as an admission threshold. Students not in the special talent classes for junior high school can also apply and are not restricted by the no-exam enrollment zone, but can only apply for the skill-based test and distribution in one region (school).
