| II. | The finals will be held on October 26, 108 (2019) at the Taichung Branch of the National Center for High-Performance Computing (No. 22, Kexue Road, Hsinchu Science Park, Taichung City). Transportation subsidies and team participation rewards will be provided. Participants must have a visual impairment certificate. Students can register and practice on the VIP Digital Learning Platform for the Visually Impaired (http://vipel.colife.org.tw/) or make full use of the platform's online digital courses. |
