I. Objectives of this event: (I) To promote the deep roots of culinary culture. (II) To open a parent-child mutual assistance and cooperation platform, enhancing family and parent-child relationships. (III) To recognize culinary education and provide career exploration.
II. Competition categories for this event: Divided into three categories: "Chinese Fried Rice", "Pasta", and "Cake Decoration". Through the theme of "Taiwan All-Flavor Championship", junior high school students are encouraged to create simple and delicious "Taiwanese-style Chinese Fried Rice and Pasta" using Taiwanese pork; for cake decoration, the theme of "Taiwan" allows students to use their imagination to create.

IV. Competition venue: Kaiping Culinary School, Taipei City
V. Registration period: From now until October 31, 108 (2019) (Thursday) 16:00 (postmark date applies).
