| I. | In accordance with the "108 Implementation Plan for Promoting the Carnival of Creativity and Science Education" of this Bureau. |
| II. | This year's carnival event provides an opportunity for the city's creativity and science teams, teachers, and students to observe each other and share experiences. It combines the promotion and achievements of gifted education to enhance creativity literacy and understanding of gifted education. |
| III. | The event plan is summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Participants: Elementary and secondary school students, teachers, and parents in the city. |
| (2) | Time and Location: Saturday, November 16, 108 (Saturday), from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM at Dong'an Junior High School. |
| (3) | Event Plan: |
| 1. | Awards Ceremony: Awarded students and teams from the city's "108 National Elementary School Natural Science Basic Competency Competition" and "108 Science Skills Competition - Hydrodynamic Rocket Car Competition." Related matters will be notified separately by letter. |
| 2. | Performance by featured teams from the city. |
| 3. | Creative and gifted education challenge activities (approximately 54 challenge booths). |
| IV. | To save energy and reduce carbon emissions, please encourage teachers and students to take public transportation or carpool, and to start early. |
| V. | An implementation plan is attached. |
