Notes on the 108th academic year student art competition calligraphy on-site writing in Taoyuan City

I. Students selected for the calligraphy category of this competition must participate in the on-site writing session on October 26, 2019 (Saturday). Please bring your Taoyuan Card (student ID) or proof of enrollment with a photo. Students whose academic records belong to the Bureau of Education must bring their Taoyuan Card (student ID) or the approval document for homeschooling issued by this Bureau to the site for check-in. The time and location are as follows:
(I) North District: October 26, 2019 (Saturday) at 9:00 AM (check-in begins at 8:10 AM) at Ruifeng Elementary School.
(II) South District: October 26, 2019 (Saturday) at 1:50 PM (check-in begins at 1:00 PM) at Yangmei Junior High School.
II. Selected students are requested to fill out the attached documents and bring them to the writing session on the day of the competition:
(I) Affidavit of Participation Status.
(II) Registration Form: Please fill in all fields on the registration form in detail (typing is recommended). However, leave the "Topic" field blank to be filled in at the competition site on the day of writing.
III. Attached is one copy of the competition writing procedure.
*All participating students must bring the following on the day of the competition:
(I) Affidavit of Participation Status (both student and parent must sign, and confirm that all information is filled out completely).
(II) Registration Form.
(The Affidavit of Participation Status and Registration Form have been given to the selected calligraphy students by the counseling office today to take home).
(III) Taoyuan Card.(Student ID) or proof of enrollment with a photo.
