| III. | Workshop Topic: Understanding High-Functioning Autism and Asperger's Emotional Disorders. |
| IV. | Date and Time: November 20, 2019 (Wednesday), 13:00 - 16:00. |
| V. | Location: Second-floor Audiovisual Classroom, Shangtian Elementary School. |
| VI. | Target Audience: Approximately 30 participants, including faculty and staff from elementary and junior high schools in the city, special education teachers, teaching assistants, and parents interested in the topic. |
| VII. | Registration: Please register by November 20, 2019 (Wednesday) on the National Special Education Information Network (http://special.moe.gov.tw/study.php). (Registering school: Shangtian Elementary School). |
| VIII. | Participants who attend the entire session will receive 3 hours of workshop credit. Teachers in this city are granted official leave (business trip leave) provided it does not interfere with their teaching duties and they do not claim substitute teacher fees. |
| IX. | In support of environmental protection policies, please bring your own water bottle. Parking is not available at the school due to space limitations. |
