Note:
1. In accordance with the New Taipei City Government Education Bureau's letter No. 1090554791 dated April 7, 2020.
2. The important information regarding the aforementioned principles and candidates is as follows:
(1) On the day of the exam (April 25), please arrive at the examination venue in advance for temperature measurement and submission of a health declaration form.
(2) Candidates are requested to wear masks on the day of the exam.
(3) On the day of the exam, if a candidate has symptoms such as fever or cough, their willingness should be inquired, and appropriate protective measures should be taken, assistance with medical attention should be provided, or they should wear a mask to take the exam in an isolation room. Isolation rooms should be activated on the day of the exam in accordance with examination room rules and actual needs.
(4) It is recommended that parents, during the epidemic prevention period, avoid entering the campus to accompany examinees as much as possible unless necessary. If there are accompanying personnel, it should be limited to one person in principle. They should wear masks voluntarily, cooperate with temperature measurement (accompanying personnel with an forehead temperature exceeding 37.5℃ are not allowed to enter the campus), and accompanying personnel should try to stay in open spaces as much as possible.
(5) Registered candidates who are unable to take the exam due to reasons such as home isolation, home quarantine, or being stranded abroad and unable to return to the country will have a unified make-up exam conducted by the admitting school on May 9 (Saturday). If they are still unable to participate in the make-up practical skills test conducted by the admitting school on May 9 (Saturday), they must cooperate with the organizing school for a refund (second-stage practical skills test fee).
(6) If any admitting school has a school-wide class suspension on the day of the exam or registration, and the exam schedule needs to be postponed or the operational method changed, the respective school's admissions committee will announce it on the school website and notify the candidates.
(7) Within 14 days prior to the registration day, if the candidate is required to be under home isolation, home quarantine, self-health monitoring, or has a fever (forehead temperature exceeding 37.5℃) as announced by the Ministry of Health and Welfare's Centers for Disease Control, they may sign a power of attorney to authorize another person to register on their behalf.
3. For other details, please refer to the aforementioned principles. Please also inform your students accordingly to protect their examination rights.
