Taoyuan City 109 Academic Year Student Art Competition Implementation Plan (On-Campus Announcement)

I. In accordance with the Ministry of Education108Letter No. 1080078242 dated May 29, Year, Teacher (I)108Academic Year National Student Art Competition Implementation Guidelinesorganized.

II. Purpose: To enhance students' artistic creation literacy, cultivate the public's art appreciation ability, and implement art education in schools.

III. On-campus submission and registration deadline:109Year8Month31Day( Monday )to9Month14Day (Monday) (Please be sure to submit within the deadline to protect your rights and interests)

IV. Submission Location: Counseling Office, Data Section

V. On-campus selection date:109Year9Month17Day (Wednesday), from10o'clock to12o'clock.

VI. Awards: In addition to awards according to the on-campus reward and punishment regulations, the "Jian Hexiong Teacher Scholarship" will also be awarded:  

First place, 1 winner, prize money1winner, prize money800NT dollars; Second place, 2 winners, prize money2winners, prize money500NT dollars; Third place, 3 winners, prize money3winners, prize money300NT dollars.

Notes:

  1. Students who wish to participate can download and print the prospectus themselves. Please be sure to submit your work to the Counseling Office, Data Section by September 14, 109 (Monday) (paste the registration form on the back, and have the on-campus instructor sign it personally).   2. Registration forms can be picked up at the Counseling Office. When submitting your work, please also submit the completed registration formForm 3( no need to paste on the artwork ) to the Counseling Office, Data Section together..
  3. Each person is limited to submitting one artwork per category, and each artwork must be created by one person. Each person can participate in a maximum of two categories.Each person can participate in a maximum of two categories.
  4. The student art competition emphasizes originality and uniqueness. Submitted works should be the individual creations of the students and may not be copied, plagiarized, added to by others, or clearly use the creativity of others.   5. Award-winning works that have participated in any other exhibition or competition are not eligible to participate. If found to be true, the qualification will be canceled., if found to be true, the qualification will be canceled.
  6. For ink wash and calligraphy works, please complete the backing before submission.
  7. The instructor's column on the registration form is a mandatory field., limited to one teacher from the student's school. If there is no on-campus instructor,fill in "None".
  8. To ensure the safety of the exhibits, works framed withglassandaluminum frameswill not be accepted (aluminum frames are prone to loosening, and sharp corners can easily scratch the artwork).
  9. If the artwork is susceptible to insect infestation, please take preventive measures first; and strengthen the fixation and protection of the artwork to avoid damage during transportation, which may affect the competition results.
  10. Works that win the top three places in the city's student art competition will be submitted by the organizing unit to participate in the national student art competition.

*Students interested in participating must submit their works within the specified deadline to avoid affecting their academic advancement rights!
