Announcement: Please refer to the 110th academic year's gifted student identification guidelines for junior high schools regarding academic aptitude and creativity, one copy each.

| Important information for identification is as follows: |
| (1) | Eligibility: |
| 1. | Sixth-grade students in public and private elementary schools in Taoyuan City for the 109 academic year. |
| 2. | For those applying for identification as academically gifted students (English or Math/Science): Possess gifted academic traits and demonstrate outstanding performance in their specialized subject. |
| 3. | For those applying for identification as creatively gifted students: Possess creative gifted traits (e.g., sensitivity, fluency, flexibility, originality, precision, imagination, challenge, curiosity, adventurousness, etc.), observed by experts, teachers, or parents for an extended period (at least one semester), or recommended by the student. |
| (2) | Registration Period (Late submissions will not be accepted): |
| 1. | Preliminary Selection: From February 19, 2021 (Friday) to February 20, 2021 (Saturday), 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. |
| 2. | Final Selection: From March 19, 2021 (Friday) to March 20, 2021 (Saturday), 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. |
| (3) | Registration Location: |
| 1. | Academic Aptitude: Centralized registration for both English and Math/Science gifted categories will be handled by one school in the North District (Tongde Junior High School) and one school in the South District (Zhongli Junior High School). |
| 2. | Creative Ability: Jingguo Junior High School. |
| (4) | Identification Dates: |
| 1. | English Gifted Identification: Preliminary Selection on March 6, 2021 (Saturday) morning; Final Selection on April 11, 2021 (Sunday). |
| 2. | Math/Science Gifted Identification: Preliminary Selection on March 6, 2021 (Saturday) afternoon; Final Selection on April 10, 2021 (Saturday). |
| 3. | Creative Ability Gifted Identification: Preliminary Selection on March 7, 2021 (Sunday); Final Selection on March 28, 2021 (Sunday). |
