2. The Lanyang Museum, Yilan County, is the first public art venue in Taiwan where the building itself is the public art installation. Since 2014, it has continuously hosted the Lanyang Museum Four Seasons Music Festival, transforming into a landscape concert hall located at the former site of Wushi Harbor in Toucheng. To continue showcasing the characteristics of the public art "Landscape Concert Hall," in addition to inviting Yilan teams to perform during the Four Seasons Music Festival, the museum also supports music groups from schools nationwide to engage with public spaces through music, expanding the diversity of performing arts. Therefore, the "Lanyang Museum Landscape Concert Hall" Performance Application Guidelines have been established to demonstrate the museum's function of integrating public art spaces with art education.
3. In this regard, the Lanyang Museum, Yilan County, is open for performance applications from music clubs of all levels of schools nationwide.
