II. To encourage schools to organize outdoor educational tours that integrate environmental education, pond culture, and agricultural education, subsidies will be provided for schools to visit the Taoyuan Agricultural Expo. This aims to enrich the environmental experiences and learning of teachers and students, and to cherish local cultural resources.
III. The aforementioned plan is summarized as follows (refer to the implementation plan for details):
(I) Dates: Monday, September 30, 2019, to Friday, October 25, 2019 (excluding October 10-11), for a total of 18 days.
(II) Location: No. 905, Section 2, Dongxing Road, Xinwu District, Taoyuan City (near Beihu Elementary School).
(III) Subsidy Items: Subsidies will be provided based on the number of classes in the school (subsidy tiers are attached). The subsidy unit is per bus, with each bus receiving NT$6,000 for activity expenses, which can be used for transportation costs, student insurance, meals, and miscellaneous expenses.
(IV) Application Method:
1. Visiting Slots: Daily visiting slots are divided into three sessions (Session 1: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Session 2: 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM, Session 3: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM). Interested schools should choose a date and time slot for their visit.
2. Registration Method: Please visit the reservation website (https://forms.gle/YAuzXuk5JncCpdiUA) to fill out the form from Monday, June 10, 2019, to Friday, June 21, 2019, by 4:00 PM. Please note that the form will automatically close after the deadline, and no further reservations can be made.
3. After reserving a time slot online, the person in charge at each school must complete and stamp the registration form (Attachment 1) and fax it to Fengshu Elementary School for confirmation to complete the registration process. IV. Expense Reimbursement: Participating schools are requested to submit the unified receipt, detailed income and expenditure statement, original vouchers, and accomplishment report (by mail or in person) to the Academic Affairs Office of Fengshu Elementary School for processing by Friday, November 15, 2019. Please retain copies for your own reimbursement and filing. V. After consolidating the overall application situation, the visiting times and approval status for each school will be announced. Schools should proceed with their visits according to the reserved time slots.
