Description:

I. In accordance with the letter from the 4-H Association of the Republic of China dated October 25, 108 (2019), No. 1080100203.

II. To enhance the public's and 4-H members' understanding and recognition of the 4-H Association, the association is issuing a 4-H recognition card in the form of an electronic ticket. Through a competition, the public is invited to design the recognition card through artistic creation, expressing the spirit and values of the 4-H Association.

III. Registration method: Please first complete the information and upload the image file through the online registration form (http://bit.ly/designcard1), then fill out the registration form, submit the competition design, the copyright usage authorization consent form, and other documents to the association (Address: No. 1, Lane 37, Section 1, Xinhai Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City, 10089).

IV. Submission deadline: From now until November 21, 108 (2019).
