I. In accordance with the implementation plan of the Health Promotion School - Vision Care Center School for the 108 academic year in our city.
II. This project aims to enhance the concepts, attitudes, and skills of vision care for parents, teachers, and students throughout the city through an academic competition, cultivate their core competencies in vision care, understand knowledge and skills for maintenance and care, and simultaneously deepen and remind them of the necessity and importance of regular vision check-ups and corrective follow-ups.
III. Information regarding this project is as follows:
(I) Groups: Elementary School Middle Grades Group, Elementary School Upper Grades Group, Junior High School Group.
(II) Student Awards:
1. First Place (1 winner per group, 3 winners in total): Certificate of Merit and a gift certificate of NT$1200.
2. Second Place (2 winners per group, 6 winners in total): Certificate of Merit and a gift certificate of NT$800.
3. Third Place (3 winners per group, 9 winners in total): Certificate of Merit and a gift certificate of NT$500.
4. Honorable Mention (Several winners per group): A Certificate of Merit will be awarded to each.
(III) Teacher Awards: In accordance with the "Appendix II, Cultural and Educational Activities and Competition Activities" - Award Standards for Guiding Various Cultural and Educational Competition Activities, revised on July 24, 107, of the "Key Points for Commendation and Discipline of Teachers and Staff in Municipal Schools and Kindergartens of Our City," First Place will receive 2 commendations, Second Place will receive 1 commendation, Third Place will receive a Certificate of Merit, and Honorable Mention will receive a Certificate of Merit.
IV. The aforementioned gift certificates and certificates of merit will be distributed by Dayou Elementary School in mid-April 109.
V. It is recommended that schools incorporate this project into their winter break assignments. Those interested in participating should submit their works along with the original signed copyright transfer consent form (as attached) to the Student Affairs Office of Dayou Elementary School (Address: No. 220, Dayou Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City 33052) by Thursday, February 27, 109 (postmark date is the criterion). Please indicate "Health Promotion Vision Care Painting Competition" on the envelope.
