Description:

1. In accordance with the "Implementation Guidelines for Educational Scholarships of the Taiwan Sunshine Care Association by the Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau."

2. This scholarship is generally processed on a regular basis, with ad-hoc processing as an exception. Taoyuan Elementary School is entrusted to assist in handling scholarship matters. The Bureau will determine the list of beneficiaries and the amount of assistance based on the applications provided by the entrusted school.

3. Article 4 of the aforementioned guidelines stipulates that students who meet the application conditions should submit the required documents to their school for application. After the school's preliminary review, the documents should be mailed (sent) to the entrusted school of the Bureau within the time specified by the Bureau for compilation. Late or individual applications will not be accepted.

4. This scholarship is processed annually. The application period is scheduled from October 1st to November 10th each year, starting from the 109 academic year (a separate letter will be sent to schools in late September to inform them of the application period and related matters). In case of urgent factors or special reasons that prevent application within the application period, an ad-hoc application may be submitted to Taoyuan Elementary School.
