I. To reduce the risk of a pandemic outbreak upon returning to school due to some teachers and students going on tomb sweeping trips or outings during the long holiday, please have all schools (campuses) strengthen the following matters in accordance with the aforementioned notification:
(1) Conduct campus-wide disinfection and cleaning, and maintain good ventilation of premises during class hours.
(2) Strictly implement health monitoring for teachers and students immediately upon their return to school or dormitories.
(3) Conduct campus-wide health education and promotion again after teachers and students return to school, and collect the travel, gathering, and other assembly activities and health records of teachers and students during the long holiday, for the convenience of possible epidemic investigations in the future.
(4) Please remind teachers, students, and parents that within 14 days after returning to school after the long holiday, teachers and students must remain vigilant about their health status and measure their body temperature daily. If they feel unwell, they should immediately wear a mask and seek medical attention or rest at home, and notify the school (campus) immediately.
II. Considering the frequent interactions among people during the long holiday and the dense crowds in some tourist attractions, to ensure epidemic prevention safety, please have all schools supervise faculty, staff, and students who have visited the 11 crowded tourist attractions or crowded places announced by the Central Epidemic Command Center during the long holiday to undergo 14 days of self-health management, avoid entering public places, and wear a mask when going out or to school. Please communicate and explain this to such personnel tactfully to avoid stigmatization and panic.
III. If one needs to be under self-health management at home, students shall follow the relevant leave regulations and do not need to be granted leave, nor will it be counted in attendance records; faculty and staff shall follow the leave rules. For faculty and staff of private schools, each school shall handle it in accordance with the above regulations according to its authority.
