To enable Taiwanese children and youth to understand the Convention on the Rights of the Child and its Concluding Observations, and to develop their own perspectives to protect and advocate for children's rights, the "You Speak, I Listen" - Youth Citizen Reporter Training Program will be held in northern and central Taiwan from July to September 2020.
